The Perfect Classroom - Week 2
Week of October 5 - 8
Now that you have finished the first process of the perfect classroom, you should have the opportunity to tell the rest of my 8th grade Language Arts students why YOUR ideas are the best! This is how you can do just that:
1. Using your On Demand, create a script to be read aloud. 50 points for this assignment.
2. Find, research, and draw (or print out) images that support your theme. Let us visually see ideas to help create our perfect classroom. 50 points for this assignment.
These two items must be finished by the end of school TUESDAY. When you are finished, it time to record!
3. On Wednesday, you will record your SHOW and TELL. Here is what you do:
a. One or two people in your group read or recite your script in front of the Flip camera. Remember, you want to win over the rest of the 8th graders so they will choose your theme and ideas.
b. One or two people in your group show and explain the images you created or printed.
c. The other person in your group (or Mrs. Jones) will be the camera operator and record the group's presentation.
On Thursday we will view all presentations and VOTE for our favorite theme. Painting will take place in this room October 24th. PUT THAT ON YOUR CALENDAR!!
